Compliance with Vietnam Medical Device and Pharmaceutical/Drug Regulations
In Vietnam, medical device and pharmaceuticals are regulated by the Ministry of Health, specifically the Department of Medical Equipment and Health Works (DMEHW) and the Drug Administration of Vietnam (DAV). The DMEHW and DAV both receive and review application dossiers, granting licenses to medical devices and drugs, respectively.
The main regulation for drugs in Vietnam is the Pharmaceutical Law, while the main regulation for medical devices is the MOH�s Circular no. 08/2006/TT-BYT.
